In order to avoid getting lost in the tumultuous waves of life, it is essential to have a daily practice enabling us to cultivate and nourish the connection to our souls, as well as accepting with love and without judgments that falling is Part of our "learning" process and harmonization. It may be useful to substitute internally the terms "I fell" by "I learned". For unless our energy is entirely oriented toward self-judgment, every time we fall, we learn something, and every time we get up, an extra step is made on the scale of our Ascent.
On the way, step by step we learn to stay centered... and when we stop identifying with the emotional states and the thoughts that punctually cross our bieng, the process becomes less and less dramatic.
However, as long as we live in a world such as ours and remain identified with form, there will be hard times ...
The main cause of suffering comes from our identifications and our attachments to them (for example: to the good mother, the therapist, the light worker, the exemplary employee, the good son etc.)
In reality, even beyond the soul - which is also part of the world of form - we are "pure spirit", a pure, immutable, eternal and infinite consciousness.
Indeed, we are the canvas on which our various inner landscapes are projected. Whatever the state we are experiencing: Joy, Love, connection to the soul or confusion, anger, sadness or disarray, the canvas remains unchanged.
Suffering ends when we understand and integrate that whatever happens within us, what we are truly is never affected. Then we will be able to go through the pain, sadness, anger and all the emotions inherent in our dual world, without suffering and eaven with an underliyng feeling of joy or love.
When we reach this state, the thoughts, the emotions pass like the clouds in the sky without clinging to it, then leaving it of an immaculate azure ... As it has in fact never stopped to exist.
