Before the first care I was experiencing a period of confusion in my life with external mirrors that brought me back to my inability to pose in matter what truly speaks to my heart, to my soul.
At first care I was totally passive, not understanding what was going on. I was between sleep and sleep. At first it was hard to let go of the mind however the feeling of energy was very strong throughout my body. I arrived tired emotionally and left with a laugh.
