THE EGO:

The Ego is inherent in the human condition. It is through it that the Pure Spirit can experience Life (His Creation) as an individualized, autonomous, and - apparently - separated consciousness of the "All". From it comes our sense of identity and our free will. Through it, we have the ability to create and redefine ourselves at every moment.

Contrary to certain preconceived notions, it would be very complicated - if not impossible - to function without the Ego, for it is a guarantor of our individual integrity and the cohesion of our being. On the other hand, if we understand the mechanisms and learn to position it in its proper place, it becomes the ally of our Awakening and our realization in matter.

Being is composed of different dimensions:
- The physical body and personality (social / cultural conditioning, genetic, familial, karmic, mental knowledge, past experiences and traumatic fingerprints, etc ...)
- Soul: (spatio-temporal individualized vehicle of a Pure Spirit sparkle)
- The Pure Spirit ( Essence): in this absolute dimension, we are One with "All That Is".

Where the real issue is, is that our Ego is generally amalgamated, identified and directed by our only personality ... Who - driven by the irrepressible necessity of filling the needs created by his various neuroses - always and exclusively searches for Self-interest (even if it is sometimes hidden behind a mask of altruism). Control and manipulation are therefore his battle-horses, in this eternal quest of satisfaction.

Unconsciously attempting to fill the void created by the erroneous and terribly limited identifications of his personality, the ego wants more and more and is never satisfied for a long time with what it has already acquired. it reacts to the various stimuli that life presents us, from a space of wounds and fears, coming from traumas and past conditioning. Thus creating ever more suffering, it encloses the Being in the "infernal tower" of its ego.
This sinister ritual takes place and is perpetuated from generation to generation, until the Being becomes aware of its true nature, opens its Consciousness and integrates the true Humility ...

Having enlarged his definition of himself, the ego feels less and less gratified by material acquisitions, amorous conquests, social recognition, etc. All the superficial satisfactions that hitherto seemed to feed him, gradually lose Of their appeal. He begins to feel the call towards all that can bring him closer to his true Essence ...

It is then that begins his Quest for the Absolute. He goes in search of the Essential, the purpose and the Depth.
His new goal leads him to the development of certain spiritual qualities, such as: Benevolence, Wisdom, Peace, Harmony, Compassion, Integrity, Humility, Detachment. That now contain much more satisfactory gratifications.

The persone then begins to discover and appease his wounded inner Child, and to gradually harmonize, to align his personality with nobler Values.
This is how he evolves towards a new dimension of himself, commonly referred to as "Spiritual Ego" .

THE SPIRITUAL EGO:

At this point, the persone feels like he arrived somewhere. Sprouting rhetoric with "very high" spiritual concepts and "good intentions". He begins to feel superior to those who know less than him or who have not yet developed such or such psychic abilities, consciousness or so-called "spiritual" qualities.
However, most of the time, this latter continues to be deeply identified and mainly directed by its terrestrial personality ...
Anyway, as long as the ego has not fully understood and incorporated what true Humility means, it will continue to generate suffering and limitations ...

THE TRUE HUMILITY:

Humility has nothing to do with diminishing or devaluing oneself, feeling small, insignificant, inferior, nor criticizing or judging and even less condemning oneself ... But simply To realize just how limited our personality and our mind (led by the latter) are and how incapable they are of guiding us effectively on the Way.

It is to realize the unfathomable splendor of our Soul, Divin Essence and Pure Spirit which is our inner Source ... And to restore its rightful place, that of incontestable Queen, Guide and ultimate decision-maker. For the Soul is the sieve of true wisdom and Love, and holds the keys to our realization in matter ...

It is about listening, because it often expresses itself subtly and indirectly and needs silence, time and attention to be perceived: intuitions, physical sensations, feelings, inspirations, emotions , aches and diseases, coincidences, dreams, signes, are all modes of expression through which it expresses itself.

From the moment we abandon ourselves to the light of our soul (with no other goal than to serve Love), the whole Universe places itself at our service and creates the coincidences and the circumstances conducive to our realization and to the grant of our every needs. It is then that the concept of non-duality takes on its full meaning, for from this moment Light and Darkness merge to serve our purpose ...

True Humility comes when the ego stops to defend "tooth and nail" the limited structures of the personlality and instead becomes the Guardian, that conscious Conductor of the different facets of himself, and who at every moment, with Love and Compassion, ensures that all align themselves with the Supreme Will . The mind will then progressively start to serve the Soul and collaborate with it, instead of spending its time trying to fight for the control of reality according to the limited perceptions of the personality ...

The ego then begins humbly to welcome each experience for what it truly is: the fertile soil for its realization. He then pursues his course with the unshakable certainty that he will arrive safely. It is the abnegation of lack, in favor of an Absolute Faith in Life and in ourselves.

From then on, the Divine Alchemy takes place and begins to harmonize the various polarities of the personality so that they blend and integrat harmoniously into our Soul ...
Our soul will then be able to realize, here below, its highest purposes.

" I Am that I Am " !! Is the Divine Ego magnified by the Light of consciusness. Neither lower nor higher, but perfectly Unique !! Aware that in the Ultimate dimension of his Being, he is One with all that surrounds him.
